SYNCZE runs the whole customer journey for local businesses — the CRM, the texting, the booking calendar, the review requests, the funnels, the follow-up — from a single account your team actually logs into.
Any business, anywhere · US veteran-led
Forty-four industries, one system
SYNCZE is not tied to a trade or a country. If you take enquiries, book work, get paid and live or die by your reputation, it fits — a single operator or a group with twenty locations, in the United States or anywhere else. Industries it fits out of the box:
Not on the list? The platform does not care what you sell — tell us what you run and we will tell you straight whether it fits.
The platform
Everything a customer touches, in one place
Three groups of tools. Every plan includes unlimited contacts, unlimited users and the mobile app, so you never pay more for adding staff.
2-way texting
Reply to customers from the same number they called, on desktop or the app. Missed calls text back automatically.
Email & SMS campaigns
Build a list, segment it, and send the same offer by email, text or Facebook message without exporting anything.
Funnels, forms & sites
Drag-and-drop pages that post straight into your pipeline. Unlimited funnels — no page or visitor caps.
Reviews
Ask for a Google review by text after the job closes, and answer every review from one screen.
QR codes & web chat
Put a code on the counter or a chat widget on the site — both land in the same inbox as everything else.
Courses & communities
Sell memberships, run a course, host a private community — all billed through the same payment setup.
One inbox
SMS, email, Facebook, Instagram, Google Business and web chat arrive in a single thread per customer.
Calendars & booking
Customers pick a slot that matches your real availability. Reminders and reschedules go out on their own.
Workflow automation
New lead, no reply in 10 minutes, send a text. Job marked done, ask for the review. Build it once, it runs forever.
Social planner
Queue a month of posts to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business and TikTok in one sitting.
Invoices & text-to-pay
Send a payment link by text and watch it clear. Estimates, proposals and recurring billing included.
Pipelines
Drag a deal from new lead to paid. Every stage change can fire a message, a task or a handoff.
Dashboard & reports
Revenue, source, close rate and response time on one screen, refreshed as the work happens.
Call tracking
Record calls, see which campaign produced them, and check who answered — or who didn't.
Team & task management
Assign owners, set permissions, track tasks and see each person's numbers. Adding a user costs nothing.
Team chat & video
Internal chat and one-click meeting rooms so staff coordination doesn't move to another app.
Data hygiene built in
Duplicate prevention, consent tracking and opt-out handling so your list stays clean and compliant.
Integrations
Native connections plus Zapier and webhooks for the accounting, ads and industry tools you already run.
What it can do
Sixteen jobs, wired into one core
Each of these normally arrives as its own subscription, its own login and its own island of data. On SYNCZE they run off the same contact record, so the AI that answers the phone books into the same calendar the review request fires from.

Add up what you'd be replacing
Tick the tools you pay for today. We'll compare the stack against the SYNCZE plan that covers the same ground — so you're deciding on a number, not a pitch.
Prices are typical published rates for small-business tiers of tools in each category. Edit the list to match your own invoices — the math updates as you go.
Roughly even on price — you're buying back the hours, not the line item.

After you sign up
The first two weeks are the part everyone gets wrong
Software doesn't fail at the feature list, it fails at migration day. Here's what happens once you start, in order.
Week one: your data moves
We import contacts, rebuild your booking rules, connect your number, and point your existing forms at the new pipeline. You keep working while it happens.
Week two: your team trains
A live session for the people who use it daily, plus a written runbook for the three or four workflows your business actually depends on.
Every month after: a real person
Your success manager hours aren't a support ticket queue. Use them to build a campaign, fix an automation, or review the numbers with someone who knows your account.
Questions people ask before signing up
How does billing work?
You pick a plan and pay by card at checkout. It renews on the same date each month until you cancel, and the price you see is the price charged — no setup fee.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Every plan is month to month. Cancel from inside the account and you keep access to the end of the period you have paid for. Fees already charged are not refunded or pro-rated — the full rule is in section 5 of the terms.
What do the texting credits cover?
Credits cover carrier costs for SMS, calls and email sends. As a rough guide, $15 is around 1,000 texts, 880 minutes of calls, or 20,000 emails. You can top up at cost whenever you need more.
Can I bring my existing phone number?
Yes. Numbers port in, and until the port completes we forward so nothing is missed.
Does adding staff cost more?
No. Users, contacts and pipelines are unlimited on all three plans — the plan sets which tools you get, not how many people use them.
Can I switch plans later?
Up or down, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and the difference is prorated.
What if I need something built for me?
That's the done-for-you option. Tell us the workflow, we'll quote the build and hand it over documented.

Terms of Service
These terms govern your subscription to SYNCZE. Sections 4 and 5 cover billing, cancellation and the no-refund rule; section 6 covers the messaging obligations that cause nearly every account problem.
Last updated 14 September 2026 · SYNCZE, Michigan, United States
1. Who we are
SYNCZE ("SYNCZE", "we", "us") provides a hosted sales and marketing platform to businesses in the United States and Canada. These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between SYNCZE and the business that opens an account ("you", "Customer"). By creating an account, paying a subscription or using the platform, you accept these terms on behalf of that business and confirm you are authorised to do so.
Our platform is delivered on licensed third-party infrastructure. That technology is operated by SYNCZE under our own brand and support arrangements; your agreement is with SYNCZE.
2. The service
The service is a subscription to a web and mobile application that may include a contact database, two-way SMS and email messaging, calendars and booking, pipelines, forms and funnels, review management, invoicing and payment collection, social scheduling, reporting and workflow automation. Which of these you receive depends on the plan you buy.
We improve the platform continuously. Features may be added, changed or retired. If we retire a capability that is material to your plan, we will give you at least thirty (30) days' notice by email and you may cancel without penalty for the remainder of that period.
3. Accounts and users
You must give accurate registration information and keep it current. You are responsible for all activity under your account, for the conduct of every user you invite, and for keeping credentials confidential. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
Plans include unlimited user seats. That is a fair-use allowance for your own staff and contractors. It does not permit you to open the account to unaffiliated businesses or to resell access.
4. Plans, billing and payment
Subscriptions are sold on a monthly basis in United States dollars and billed in advance through our payment processor. Current list prices:
| Plan | Monthly price | Included messaging credit | Account success manager |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $197.00 USD | $5.00 per month | 2 hours per month |
| Professional | $297.00 USD | $15.00 per month | 4 hours per month |
| Enterprise | $497.00 USD | $25.00 per month | 7 hours per month |
There is no free trial and no evaluation period. Your subscription begins, and the first charge is taken, at the moment you complete checkout.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month on the anniversary of your purchase until cancelled. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges to your payment method.
Messaging credit covers carrier and provider costs for SMS, voice minutes, email sends and similar usage. The allowance included with your plan does not roll over. Usage beyond the allowance is billed to your payment method at our published rates, either as you consume it or on your next invoice.
Add-on services are billed monthly alongside your plan and are not included in the checkout price of the plan itself. One-time services, such as training or done-for-you build work, are quoted and invoiced separately.
Prices exclude sales tax, VAT, GST and similar charges, which we add where we are required to collect them. We may change list prices on thirty (30) days' notice to the email on your account; the new price applies from your next renewal.
If a payment fails we will retry and notify you. If the balance is not settled within seven (7) days we may suspend the account; after thirty (30) days we may terminate it and delete the data.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from inside the account or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you keep full access until then.
To avoid the next charge, cancel at least twenty-four (24) hours before your renewal date. We confirm every cancellation in writing; if you do not receive that confirmation, assume it did not go through and contact us.
All fees are non-refundable. Subscription fees, messaging credit, add-ons and one-time services are earned when charged and are not refunded or pro-rated, including for unused time in a period that has already started. That is why we publish full pricing, a plan comparison and a live demo before purchase rather than selling a trial. The only exceptions are a duplicate or mistaken charge, a charge taken after we confirmed a cancellation in writing, or a refund required by law.
After cancellation you have thirty (30) days to export your data, after which it may be permanently deleted.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- send messages to people who have not given you the consent that the law and the carriers require;
- send unsolicited bulk email or text, or operate any scheme designed to evade spam filters, carrier filtering or opt-out handling;
- transmit unlawful, deceptive, harassing, defamatory or infringing content;
- collect or process personal data you have no lawful basis to hold;
- probe, scrape, overload or reverse engineer the platform, or bypass usage limits;
- resell, sublicense or white-label the platform to third parties without a separate written agreement;
- operate in a category that our carriers or processors prohibit, including but not limited to high-risk lending, cannabis, firearms, adult content, gambling and debt collection where restricted.
You are responsible for complying with the laws that govern your messaging, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the CAN-SPAM Act, Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation, state telemarketing rules and carrier requirements such as A2P 10DLC brand and campaign registration. You must obtain and be able to evidence consent, identify your business in every message, and honour STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE and similar opt-out requests immediately.
Carrier violations are the single most common cause of account suspension on platforms of this kind. If a carrier blocks or fines a campaign run from your account, those consequences and costs are yours.
7. Your data
Your contacts, messages, files, pipelines and reports remain yours. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, copy, transmit and display that data only as needed to operate the service, provide support and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your data and we do not use your customer lists for our own marketing. We may use aggregated, de-identified statistics that do not identify you or any individual to improve the service.
Where we process personal data on your behalf, you are the controller and we are the processor. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data you upload and the notices and consents behind it. Our Privacy Policy explains the rest.
8. Third-party services
The platform connects to services we do not control, including payment processing, telephony and SMS carriers, email delivery, social networks, search and mapping providers, and any integration you enable. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their acts, outages or charges. Disabling an integration may change how parts of the platform behave.
9. Support and availability
Support is provided by email and inside the application during United States business hours. Each plan includes account success manager time, as set out above. Unused hours do not carry over.
We aim for high availability and use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical.
10. Intellectual property
The platform, its software, design, documentation and trade marks are owned by SYNCZE or its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership. Your rights are limited to the licence described in our End User Licence Agreement.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation or payment to you.
11. Confidentiality
Each party may receive non-public information from the other. The receiving party will protect it with at least reasonable care, use it only for the purposes of this agreement, and not disclose it except to staff and advisers bound by similar obligations, or where the law requires disclosure.
12. Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated, the service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements, that messages will be delivered by any carrier, or that any particular business result will follow from using it.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data, even if advised of the possibility.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to this agreement is limited to the subscription fees you paid to us in the three (3) months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to your payment obligations, to either party's indemnity obligations, or to liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify SYNCZE against third-party claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from your content, your use of the service in breach of these terms, your messaging practices, or your violation of law or the rights of another. We will defend and indemnify you against third-party claims that the platform as supplied by us infringes a United States intellectual property right.
15. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an account immediately where there is non-payment, a credible security risk, a legal requirement, a carrier or processor demand, or a serious or repeated breach of the acceptable use section. Where circumstances allow, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
Either party may terminate for material breach that is not cured within fifteen (15) days of written notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including fees owed, confidentiality, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits and indemnities.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least thirty (30) days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the revised terms. If you do not, cancel before the effective date.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Michigan have exclusive jurisdiction, and both parties consent to venue there. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
18. General
These terms, together with the End User Licence Agreement, Privacy Policy and Refunds and Cancellation Policy, are the entire agreement between us on this subject. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign this agreement without our written consent; we may assign it to an affiliate or in connection with a merger or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. Notices to you go to the email on your account; notices to us go to [email protected].

Privacy Policy
What we collect, why, who it is shared with, how long it is kept, and the rights you have over it.
Last updated 14 September 2026 · SYNCZE, Michigan, United States
1. Scope
This policy explains what SYNCZE does with personal information. It covers two different situations, and the distinction matters:
- Information we control. Data about visitors to syncze.org and about the people who open, pay for and administer a SYNCZE account. We decide how that is used, and this policy governs it.
- Information we process for customers. The contacts, conversations and records our customers load into their own accounts. Our customer decides how that data is used; we handle it under their instructions and under our Terms of Service. If you are a contact of a business that uses SYNCZE, contact that business about your data — we will pass requests on if you write to us.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
Name, business name, email address, phone number, your role, what you tell us in a demo request or support message, and the content of correspondence with us.
Account and billing information
Plan, add-ons, renewal dates, invoices and payment status. Card details are entered directly into our payment processor. We never see or store full card numbers; we receive a token, the card brand and the last four digits.
Information collected automatically
IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, timestamps, and in-product actions such as features used and errors encountered. This comes from server logs and cookies.
Information from other sources
If you connect an integration, such as a social profile, calendar or accounting tool, we receive the data that integration is scoped to share.
3. Why we use it
- To provide, secure, support and improve the service.
- To process payments, send invoices and manage renewals.
- To respond to enquiries and deliver onboarding and success manager time.
- To send service messages such as billing notices, security alerts and material changes. You cannot opt out of these while you hold an account.
- To send marketing about our own products, where you have opted in or where we are otherwise permitted. Every marketing message has an unsubscribe link.
- To detect fraud and abuse, and to meet legal, tax and carrier obligations.
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, our legal bases are performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and securing a business, your consent where we ask for it, and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We disclose it to:
- Service providers who work on our behalf under contract: cloud hosting, the platform technology vendor that powers the application, payment processing, SMS and voice carriers, email delivery, customer support tooling and product analytics.
- Integrations you enable, limited to what that integration requires.
- Professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers, under confidentiality.
- Authorities, where we are legally required, or to protect rights, safety or property.
- A successor in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
A current list of subprocessors is available on request from [email protected].
5. Messaging and consent
If you give us your phone number, we may contact you about your enquiry or account by call or text. Reply STOP to any message to opt out and HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Opting out of marketing texts does not stop transactional messages about an active subscription.
If you use SYNCZE to message your own audience, you are responsible for collecting consent, keeping records of it, and honouring opt-outs. Our Terms of Service set out those obligations.
6. Cookies
Our site uses cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary to serve pages and keep sessions secure, and analytics cookies that tell us which pages are read and where people drop off. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; strictly necessary cookies cannot be switched off without breaking the site. We honour Global Privacy Control signals where required.
7. Retention
We keep account and billing records for as long as the account is open and then for up to seven (7) years where tax and accounting law requires it. Customer data in a cancelled account is available for export for thirty (30) days and may then be deleted. Website logs are kept for up to twelve (12) months. Marketing contact records are kept until you unsubscribe and then suppressed so we do not contact you again.
8. Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, role-based permissions, logging and vendor due diligence proportionate to the sensitivity of the data. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant regulator where the law requires it.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, receive a portable copy, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent. California residents have the rights to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of sale or sharing — we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any right.
To exercise a right, email [email protected] from the address on file. We respond within the period the law allows, normally thirty (30) to forty-five (45) days, and we may need to verify your identity first. An authorised agent may act for you with written proof.
10. International transfers
We operate from the United States and our providers may process data there and elsewhere. Where we transfer personal data out of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or another approved mechanism.
11. Children
The service is for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under sixteen (16). If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We update this policy as the service and the law change. The date at the top shows the current version. Material changes are announced by email or in-app before they take effect.

End User Licence Agreement
The licence terms for the SYNCZE platform and mobile apps. Commercial terms sit in the Terms of Service above.
Last updated 14 September 2026 · SYNCZE, Michigan, United States
1. Licence grant
Subject to your compliance with the Terms of Service and payment of the fees for your plan, SYNCZE grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and use the SYNCZE platform and its mobile applications for your own internal business purposes, for as long as your subscription is active.
2. What the licence does not include
You may not, and may not allow anyone else to:
- copy, modify, translate or create derivative works of the software;
- reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, or attempt to derive its source code, except to the extent that restriction is unenforceable by law;
- rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, white-label or otherwise make the platform available to a third party as a service, whether or not for a fee, without a separate written reseller agreement with us;
- remove or obscure any proprietary notice, brand or attribution;
- use the platform to build or train a competing product, or to benchmark it for publication without our written consent;
- scrape, crawl or use automated means to extract data beyond the exports and APIs we provide;
- circumvent usage limits, access controls or messaging safeguards.
3. Accounts and credentials
Licences are granted to your business, not to individuals, and your users must each use their own credentials. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including the acts of employees, contractors and anyone you give access to.
4. Ownership
SYNCZE and its licensors own all right, title and interest in the platform, including all software, interfaces, documentation, trade marks and any improvements. This is a licence, not a sale. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
You own the data and content you put into the platform, and any template, funnel, workflow or campaign you build inside it, subject to our underlying rights in the software that runs it.
5. Third-party components
The platform incorporates third-party and open-source components supplied under their own licences. Those licences continue to apply to those components and, where they conflict with this agreement for that component, they take precedence. A list is available on request.
6. Mobile applications
If you install our mobile application from a third-party app store, that store's terms also apply. The store is not a party to this agreement, has no obligation to support the application, and is not responsible for any claim relating to it.
7. Updates
We may deliver updates, patches and new versions automatically. This agreement covers those updates unless they come with separate terms. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
8. Feedback
If you send us ideas, suggestions or bug reports, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use them for any purpose, without attribution or compensation.
9. Term and termination of the licence
The licence lasts as long as your subscription. It ends automatically when the subscription ends or if you breach this agreement. On termination you must stop using the platform and delete any local copies of our software. Exporting your own data within the export window is permitted and expected.
10. Export and sanctions compliance
You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a United States embargo, that you are not on any United States restricted-party list, and that you will not use the platform in violation of United States export control or sanctions laws.
11. Disclaimers and liability
The disclaimers, limitations of liability and governing-law provisions in the Terms of Service apply to this agreement and are incorporated here by reference.
